Return Policy & Cancelation:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order if production has not started. All orders paid with a credit card are subjected to a processing fee.

Returnable merchandise must be returned within 1 week of the date of the invoice. No exceptions shall be made on the date. Please return merchandise in the original cartons and in new condition to receive credit. Delivery/Shipping charges incurred by customer is NON REFUNDABLE. There is no return on USED MERCHANDISE and all used merchandise are sold as is.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge and the customer MUST pay ALL shipping charges.

Shipping Damages or Shortages:

UPS Shipments.

Customer is responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery for damage or shortage. If you discover UPS damages, Please call A-2-Z Store Fixtures & Mannequins Inc.,immediately. DO NOT throw away shipping boxes, UPS will need to inspect these to process your claim.

Truck Shipments.

Please inspect your shipment for damages before signing the delivery receipt (bill of lading)! Customer must note any damage on the bill of lading when accepting a shipment. If the carrier will not assume responsibility for the damage and refuse to reimburse you let us know if any such damage occurred. Customer must file a claim with the Common Carrier. If, shipment was made by our company Truck, contact A-2-Z Store Fixtures & Mannequins Inc. All cartons & packaging materials must be available.
